Shereefat Aminu is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) with over 15 years of experience managing financial processes within complex NHS organisations. In her current role as Deputy Finance Business Partner, she oversees budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting for corporate divisions, liaising with senior stakeholders to drive cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. Previously, she served as Income Accountant and Deputy Finance Manager at one of the largest Acute NHS Trusts – Barts Health NHS trust, where she implemented business process improvements and delivered significant savings through validation of cost improvement schemes. She has also led on performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with external consultants. Shereefat holds an FCCA certification, an MBA, and a BSc in Finance.
