As a Chartered Building Services Engineer, he manages design teams on complex projects, delivering high-quality, integrated, sustainable solutions from concept to completion. His client-focused approach involves gathering briefs, proposing innovative designs, and managing project delivery. Rasak’s Architectural Technician background enhances collaboration. His experience spans new builds, refurbishments (including historic/listed buildings), and infrastructure masterplans in R&D, commercial, residential, education, and highway/street lighting. Responsibilities include client liaison, project management, technical guidance, bid management, and compliance monitoring.
